Jerry (physiotherapist) came across many dental care professionals in his private practice with different neck and shoulder complaints. In addition, many patients complained of neck pain during standard and prolonged dental treatments. His business partner Peter challenged him to go to the drawing board and make a sketch of the ideal neck support for a dental treatment chair. โChallenge acceptedโ, the Happynecksยฎ cushion became a reality.
