Simplified returns
Return an unopened item in its original packaging within 30 calendar days of your purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment.
If you have a Curion online account, returns can be initiated through your account portal. Simply, log in to your account and begin the returns process.
If you don't have an online account, please download and complete our returns form. Once complete, please email the form along with a photo of the item being returned to wecare@curion.ca. Once received, a customer care representative will contact you with further instructions.

All orders placed by 2:00 p.m. (PT) that are currently in stock, will be shipped from our office that same day via FedEx Standard Overnight.*
*FedEx Standard Overnight shipping may not apply to all orders. Some packages may necessitate delivery by ground and may take 10-12 business days from the time of ordering.
Orders shipping to residential addresses will be shipped via Canada Post and may take 5-7 business days from the time of ordering.
Benefit from free delivery on orders over $250 to commercial (non-residential) addresses, wherever you are in Canada.
- For all orders under $250 a flat rate of $18 will be applied.
For residential address deliveries, benefit from free delivery on orders over $375 wherever you are in Canada.
- For all orders under $375 a flat rate of $23 will be applied.
Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge. We will provide you with a quote for the cost of expedited shipping. Any additional fees will be added to your sales order. For complete details, click here.
CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At your request, we will keep your credit card information on file if you wish to have your orders processed automatically on your card.
NET 30 DAYS: Existing accounts are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. As monthly statements are not issued except for overdue balances, please calculate the amount due from the invoice enclosed with your parcel.
We review all online orders and ensure that any missing qualified free goods are automatically added.*

30 DAY RETURN POLICY:
Within 30 calendar days of purchase, any items found to be; defective due to manufacturing, damaged during shipping, or have been shipped to you in error, qualify for a full refund to the original form of payment plus free pickup arranged by Curion.
We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items ordered in error by the client or items being returned due to a change of mind may be subject to a re-stocking fee, plus the cost of shipping.
For our customers’ convenience and cost savings, Curion arranges all return pickups with our preferred shipping rate.
