Curion (formerly, Bisco Canada) Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders placed by 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) that are currently in stock, will be shipped from our office that same day via FedEx Standard Overnight*.
Place your order online to benefit from free delivery, to all commercial (non-residential) addresses, wherever you are in Canada.
Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. Please contact a customer care representative for more information.
While we strive to always have the products you need available to you, occasionally backorders may occur. If any products you are ordering are on backorder status, we will let you know the estimated in-stock date at the time the order is placed if ordered by phone or via email if ordered online.
*FedEx Standard Overnight shipping may not apply to all orders. Some packages may necessitate delivery by ground and may take 10-12 business days from the time of ordering.
CREDIT CARD: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At your request, we will keep your credit card information on file if you wish to have your orders processed automatically on your card.
NET 30 DAYS: Existing accounts are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. As monthly statements are not issued except for overdue balances, please calculate the amount due from the invoice enclosed with your parcel.
C.O.D. Orders may be paid C.O.D. at an additional charge. When placing a C.O.D. order, you will be given the total amount of the order including all applicable taxes and shipping charges. Upon delivery, please have a cheque made payable to Curion.
At Curion, we recognize our responsibility in ensuring your satisfaction with the products we supply. To this end, we will replace, at no extra charge to you, any proven defective products. Curion does not assume liability for any damage or loss, either direct or consequential, stemming from the use or misuse of any product we distribute.
It is the responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for an intended procedure prior to use. The user assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith.
Any items found to be defective due to manufacturing or unopened item(s) in the original packaging within 30 calendar days of purchase qualify for a full refund to the original form of payment plus free pickup arranged by Curion.
Items ordered in error or items being returned due to a change of mind may be subject to a re-stocking fee at Curion’s discretion, plus the cost of shipping.
For our customers’ convenience and cost savings, Curion arranges all return pickups with our preferred shipping rate.
Online: Please download and complete the returns form. Once complete, please email the form along with a photo of the item being returned to email@example.com. Once received, a customer care representative will contact you with further instructions.
By phone: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization# by calling Curion (BC local: 604.276.8662 or toll free at 1.800.667.8811) with the following information:
- Customer No. or Phone No.
- Original Invoice No.
- Product Name(s) and/or SKU# + reason for return
Once you have an RMA#, please follow these steps:
1. Enclose item(s) to be returned in protective packaging
2. Enclose a copy of the invoice
3. Print and affix pre-paid FedEx label sent to your email address
4. Alert front office staff that package is ready for pickup on arranged date
5. Please allow up to 2 business days for our returns department to process the credit/refund.
